Reservation
All enquires and
reservations are accepted at Kissapanadi
Travels & Tours Co., Ltd., here after
referred to as the "company", by mail,
e-mail, fax and etc.
Rates
Rates quoted in USD are
nett and non-commissionable. They are also
subject to change without prior notice due
to major causes (eg. currency fluctuation).
Deposit and Payment
Payment can be made
Directly (or) by Bank Transfer.
Deposit
Deposit is required upon the reservation and
confirmation of the tour. And it is
negotiable.
Full payment
Full payment should be transferred at least
(15) days prior to the commencement of the
tour. OR
Cash on arrival is available with the prior
agreement.
Service vouchers
And Tickets
The necessary documents such as tickets,
coupons, vouchers and etc. will be provided
after full payment has been received or on
arrival to Myanmar.
And please be informed
that we do not accept any credit card and
travelers' cheque.
Cancellation
Cancellation fees are as
follows:
Within 30 - 15 days prior
to arrival - 25% of total tour price
Within 14 - 08 days prior to arrival - 50%
of total tour price
Within 07 - 03 days prior to arrival - 75%
of total tour price
Less than 03days and No Show -
100%
Here, written
notification by e-mail or fax is required.
For some hotels, depend
on their cancellation policy, company will
inform you in advance for the payment.
Children
For the child, under 12
year (maximum 1pax) who occupying same room
with parents and using the existing bed will
not be charged for hotel accommodation.
For the infant, two year
and under will not be charged but also will
not be providing a bed or a seat in cabin of
aircraft.
Complimentary
For the group tours,
company has the pleasure to provide one
person complimentary for at least 17 (16 + 1
FOC)members group. More than one
complimentary can be possible but it depends
upon the volume of the tour.
Refunds
No refund for the
unutilized services which are already
agreed.
After charging the
cancellation fees, the refund payment will
be deducted the Bank transfer charges.
Responsibility
Company has the
responsibility only for the inclusive
services of the confirmed programme.
Moreover, company is not liable to:

any losses, accidents
and damages to person or property.

medical expenses for
injury, accident and other health
problems.
-
missing any schedule
for sightseeing, activities, meals or
others by the delayness and
irregularities of the clients.
-
transport failure.
-
weather impacts.
-
strikes and other
hidden causes of unforeseen
circumstances which beyond company's
control.

in a position to fulfill every detail of
your daily requirements and to have
